Telephone Calls

Please feel free to contact our office during normal business hours if you have questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. If it is necessary to speak with a provider, we will return your call as soon as possible. Because of the visual nature of dermatologic diseases, it is usually not possible to diagnose and treat new problems over the phone. Also, if there are changes in your condition, we recommend seeing one of our providers.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills are handled by our staff during normal business hours (Monday – Thursday, 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, Friday 7:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.). Prescriptions will be called into your pharmacy within 48 hours.

Non-Covered and Cosmetic Services

Payment is expected in full at the time of service for any non-covered or cosmetic procedure.

Missed Appointments

Patients will be texted and/or emailed a reminder up to 6 days prior to their scheduled appointment.

Patients who have not yet responded to these messages will be called 24 hours prior to their appointment time to confirm, cancel, or select to reschedule their appointment.

We make every attempt to remind you of your appointment via email, text, and call starting 5 days prior to your appointment. Missed appointments will have a fee that is associated with the type of appointment scheduled.
